Going outside on the deck to have a cup of coffee in the morning can be a great way to start the day.
If your deck is made of wood, like most are, make sure you keep it maintained to avoid splintering boards, wobbly rails, and rotting posts. Not all wear and tear is easy to see.
A thorough deck inspection may be necessary as part of your annual home maintenance routine. We will check the quality and durability of your deck, and make report if necessary structural upgrades are recommended before putting it to use.
At your inspection our inspectors will:
- make observations - those potential items of interest noted by the inspector during the walk-through survey portion of the inspection.
- conduct research - gathering information through document review and interviews to augment the observations made during the walk-through portion of the inspection.
- report findings - a written communication (photographs too) describing the issues discovered from observations made and research conducted by the inspector that are, in the inspector's opinion.
