Desmond Langton HI-1103, is a Certified Master Inspector in good standing of (InterNACHI) The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, (FABI) the Florida Association of Building Inspectors and is also Licensed by the State of Florida to perform home inspections.
He has owned and operated Orlando Home Inspection Services since 1999. In 2008, his son Phillip and his daughter Michelle joined him in the home inspection business.

Phillip Langton HI-3519, is a Certified Master Inspector in good standing of (InterNACHI) and also Licensed by the State of Florida to perform home inspections. He has completed more than a thousand of hours of home inspections and state required continuing education courses combined.
He is the father of three sons. He is an active participant in their daily lives when he is not out on the job performing home inspections for his clients.
