An 11th Month Warranty Certification Inspection (One Year Warranty Inspection) is a comprehensive Generalist/Standard Home Inspection.
It marks an upcoming deadline. It is the final chance to identify, document, and inform your Builders of items that need repair. Most Builder’s warranties are only for one calendar year.
Be proactive. Schedule your next full home inspection during the 11th month. Give yourself some time before the builder’s warranty expires.
Your non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and clear condition of the interior and exterior of the building. This includes all major systems and components.
After your inspection, you will receive:
